Privacy Notice

This website is operated by Treavor Anthony English. It collects information visitors choose to submit through the manuscript and author-services inquiry form.

Information collected

The form may collect your name, email address, project stage, requested service, manuscript or sample file, and the project details you provide.

How it is used

Submitted information is used to conduct the preliminary review, identify the project's primary publishing or production needs, recommend a plan, respond to the sender, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary correspondence. It is not sold.

Manuscript files

Uploaded manuscripts and samples are used only to evaluate the inquiry and discuss possible services. Submitting a file does not transfer ownership or publication rights. Do not include passwords, financial information, medical records, government identifiers, privileged material, or content you are not authorized to share.

Form delivery

Submissions and attachments are processed through FormSubmit, a third-party service, and delivered by email. FormSubmit states that combined uploads are limited to 10 MB and uploaded files are not available through its submission archive. FormSubmit operates under its own privacy practices.

Visitor counting

This site uses CounterAPI to maintain a public count of unique visitors beginning September 23, 2026. CounterAPI states that it converts IP-address and browser information into anonymized hashes, does not sell the underlying data, and uses the information to filter duplicate visits and automated abuse. The displayed number is an estimate, not an audited measurement.

External services

This site links to Amazon, Substack, X, Medium, email services, CounterAPI, and other third-party destinations. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information and attached files may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the project, correspond with the sender, document decisions, perform agreed services, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations. To request deletion, email treavor95@yahoo.com. Some information may remain in email backups or records when legally required.

No account or payment collection

This website does not create user accounts or directly collect payment-card information.
